Shaun Maswanganyi

  • 2022 U.S. Indoor 60 Meter Champion
  • 2022 Most Valuable American Indoor Performer and Freshman of the Year

  • Part of the men’s team that won the American Conference Championship for the seventh straight year

Priscilla Adejokun

  • Ranked No. 13 in the nation in hammer throw
  • Career best in hammer throw at Houston Spring Break Invitational
  • Set a new field house record at the Howie Ryan Invitational in the shot put
  • Won all four American Female Athlete of the Week awards for which she was nominated (one week she did not compete)
  • Recorded top finishes in the four weeks she competed in the weighted throw

Quivell Jordan

  • Ranked No. 5 in the nation in the 400-meter hurdles
  • 2020 ITF American Champion – 4×400 meters relay
  • 2019 NCAA All-American (400 meters hurdles)
  • Personal best in the 400-meter hurdles at the Texas Relays
  • Personal best in the 110-meter hurdles at the Houston Spring Break Invite

Christian Sampy

  • Ranked No. 3 in the nation in the pole vault
  • Broke the school record and won the Texas pole vault relays
  • Two-time second-team All-American (outside: pole vault; inside: pole vault)
  • Competed in the 2022 NCAA Indoor Championships and finished 13th overall
  • Second place at the US Indoor Conference Championships
  • Part of the men’s team that won the American Conference Championship for the seventh straight year
