What are the deliverables of No Straight Lines Products?

[1] By fully understanding the logic of the networked society, and how this fundamentally changes the way business models will succeed, you will be better equipped to drive business success.

[2] By opening up minds, collectively, to the potential of this new market-place, the No Straight Lines methodology will help you determine the communication initiatives appropriate to your company.

[3] By absorbing and understanding the most important ideas that emerge from the programme you will be able to initiate an action plan for you and your company which we can help facilitate.

The deliverables are about enabling your company to become ready for the networked society becoming:

  1. More effective
  2. More efficient
  3. At less cost

Workshop Process:

  1. Insight
  2. Interactive knowledge exchange
  3. Application of that knowledge
    1. What does our solution look like?
    2. What is the process?
    3. What is the business/revenue model?

The Workshop will be facilitated by 2 people. We suggest the size of the group is limited to 10 to 16 senior decision-makers. This core group would take on and own the development and implementation of the ideas generated by the workshop.

Courses depending on their nature may have a number of advisors and expert participants.

Who should be attending the Courses & Workshops?

A who should attend each workshop is listed under each  described workshop. However, these workshops are here for those that have an urgent and pressing need to revive their business strategies, to find new ways to meaningfully engage their audiences and succeed commercially.

Can the relationship with SMLXL go beyond the workshop?

Yes. We are developing long-term relationships1with a number of our clients who identify our insights and innovative approach to marketing and communications to be highly valuable. This arrangement is probably best discussed post-workshop.

Timing

We recommend that you book the workshop at least 2 months in advance, and preferably further ahead in our busy months. This allows enough time for the brief and preparation work required.

How much does a No Straight Lines product cost? And do I have to buy all four modules?

Costs are based upon on the number of attendees and the level of granularity and time required. These can be provided once a proper outline is agreed upon.

We suggest when booking a course or workshop that you allow 2 months lead time which allows for the proper preparation, research, the development of relevant materials and the workshop itself.

The modules are designed so that they can be bought as a complete set (discount can be arranged) or separately.
