What makes the Dyson vacuum cleaner, or the Apple iPhone, or indeed the mini car all belong to the same category? Because these were all about innovation focused on the end user experience. I have also included the first ever asymmetric bottle designed for The Coca Cola Company that SMLXL commissioned on an innovation project for TCCC.

I met Tom Kelley General Manager of IDEO in Sao Paulo recently, and I was very taken with how IDEO works. They are very people focused. Using anthropology in the process of innovation.
